Are you looking for a way to easily integrate AI as a personal assistant to improve your workflow? With our new SuperSaaS feature, connect your favorite AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to SuperSaaS and use it as your personal planning assistant. This article shows five practical things you can do with it using Claude.
How the connection works
SuperSaaS now provides an MCP server that lets AI assistants like Claude take real actions in your schedule using everyday language. What is an MCP, you might ask? MCP stands for Model Context Protocol, an open standard that allows AI assistants to connect to external tools and take actions, rather than just answering questions. We provide an MCP server URL that you can easily use to connect to your favorite AI assistant within a few minutes.

For this example we’ll be using Claude Desktop, but it works equally well in ChatGPT. To set it up, navigate to your Claude desktop or browser, open Settings > Connectors and click Add custom connector. Enter a name like “SuperSaaS” and paste the server URL (https://www.supersaas.com/mcp). Click Connect and you will now be redirected to a browser window to log in and approve the connection. After completing this process, Claude will show the SuperSaaS tools under the tools icon in the chat box.
The connection made with Claude uses your SuperSaaS account permissions. This means that Claude can do anything your administrator account can do, so be careful. Our MCP documentation explains the entire setup and provides instructions for other AI agents such as ChatGPT and Claude Code.
Check your schedule for the day
If you manage multiple schedules, services, or locations, getting a quick overview of the day normally requires opening each schedule separately for an overview of appointments. With Claude connected to SuperSaaS, you can simply ask:
Claude retrieves the bookings from your schedule and returns a summary. You can follow up with more specific questions, such as asking which appointments are for new clients or, in case of a service schedule, which resources are linked to the appointment. A therapist, for example, could ask Claude to list only the afternoon appointments on a specific schedule.
Find and book a free slot
Finding an open slot and then creating a booking for a specific client usually involves several steps: checking availability, selecting a time, entering client details, or looking up their account details. Now with our MCP connection, Claude can simply handle this in one request:
Claude checks real availability in your SuperSaaS schedule, selects a suitable time, and creates the booking. This is useful for businesses that book appointments on behalf of clients, such as a hair salon, a tutoring center, or an establishment where staff often need to book quickly without spending time navigating the calendar.
In case your clients have registered user accounts, you can easily ask Claude to make a booking on behalf of the user. For example:
When checking the booking, you will notice that the user account has been used to book the appointment. This feature comes in handy especially if you use credits for your bookings. That way credits are still being deducted from the user. Just as with a manual booking, if email notifications are enabled, the user receives an email confirmation of the appointment.
Reschedule a booking
Moving a booking can sometimes be stressful if you have mountains of other admin to attend to. With Claude, you can simply describe the change in easy language. For example:
Claude looks up the booking and makes the update. If there is a scheduling conflict or any ambiguity (for example, if there are multiple bookings that could match the description), Claude will ask additional questions before making the change.
Create a new user
Adding a new client to SuperSaaS means filling in a form on the user management page of your dashboard. Now you can ask Claude to do this in a single prompt:
Claude creates the user with the details you specify. This can be convenient when adding multiple user accounts at once, or when a team member needs to add users without navigating the admin interface.
See what changed since yesterday
If your business deals with a high volume of bookings, keeping track of new reservations, cancellations, and changes, you can choose to receive a daily overview per schedule in your email. However, with Claude you can also ask to summarize the recent activity instead across all schedules using the prompt:
Claude will then provide a list of new bookings, canceled appointments, and any changes made since the time you specify. A fitness studio or a rental business, for example, could use this to get a quick daily overview without setting up separate email notifications.
In short
SuperSaaS provides an integration that lets AI assistants like Claude connect to your calendars and take actions using everyday language. After a short setup, you can ask the agent to check your daily schedule, find available slots and create bookings, reschedule existing appointments, retrieve a summary of recent changes, and add new users to your account. The connection acts with your administrator permissions, so it is worth treating the access the same way you would treat your account password.
